Welcome to Unravel Travels. By using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our website or services.

1. Services Provided

We offer travel consultations through online calls, as well as providing informational PDFs with itineraries and hotel recommendations. Specific details of our services are outlined on our website.

2. Liability

Our responsibility is limited to delivering the services described on our website, including attending the call at the scheduled time and providing the informational materials (PDF). We are not responsible for any other events that may occur during the client's trip or for other external services not directly provided by Unravel Travels.

3. Bookings and Payments

All payments must be made in advance at the time of booking. Service prices are clearly indicated on our website. Once payment is made, the booking is considered confirmed.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

No refunds are provided for cancellations made after booking. However, if the client cancels the appointment at least 12 hours before the scheduled call, the payment will be refunded. Cancellations made after this period will not be refunded.

5. Privacy

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please review it for more details on how we manage and protect your data.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. In case of disputes, the exclusive jurisdiction will be in Berlin, Germany.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and will be effective from the date of publication.
