Best Time to Visit Italy

April to June & September to October offer mild weather, fewer crowds, and lower prices. The weather is usually still beautiful and the beaches are empty, which make it the prefect time for visiting.

July to August is the high season with hot weather and larger crowds, especially in coastal areas. Mid August, the Ferragosto, is when most locals are on holiday, prices rise, beaches are crowded and big cities are deserted. But in the rest of the summer, you can experience the sagra festivals, local food celebrations that are a must try! Contact us for more details.

November to March is the off-season, with cooler weather and fewer tourists. It’s ideal for visiting museums and historical sites without the crowds, it’s also prefect for a snowy ski vacation in the mountains.

Make sure to check for local festivals during your trip to experience Italy's unique culture.
